Have you ever considered how your mindset might be affecting your entire life? The word and concept of “mindset” is a relatively new one for me, but once I started to work on having a positive mindset in my business, I quickly realized that it’s setting out a positive intention into the world and it actually works. This week I launched a Mindfulness Challenge in which we are resetting our mindsets and creating a new routine that involves meditation, movement, food and more. Now is one of the best times to start working on becoming more mindful of what your actions are doing to affect your life and to create habits that will ensure you are making positive changes. I for one need this challenge more than ever and am so excited to be doing it alongside so many of you!
Are you ready to become more mindful?

What Does Mindset Mean?
The word “mindset” is one that I wasn’t familiar with in the corporate world. When I became an entrepreneur, this word popped up everywhere. I didn’t start to believe in it or actually practice it until I lost my first client. I decided that instead of worrying and being upset over it, I would practice positive thinking and ensuring my mindset was positive. I told myself a bigger client who was a better fit would replace the one I lost and it happened almost instantly. I became a believer in working on my mindset and in the difference it can make it life.
Recognizing Your Priorities In Life
As I worked on this episode and the mindfulness challenge, my kids interrupted me. They didn’t do it in a small way…they cranked up JT on the TV and demanded a dance party…because no one can stop the feeling! I stopped what I was doing and danced like a crazy person. We sang on the top of our lungs and laughed and had the best time ever. THIS is what my priority in life needs to be and this is what I hope to do more of with this mindfulness challenge. I want to better recognize my priorities and to ensure that I honor them in everything I do.
The Mindfulness Challenge
The Mindfulness Challenge has kicked off, but you can still join us! We are working on a new exercise everyday that ranges from meditation to cooking to exercise to gratitude and more. By working on one thing every day, we are going to create a new routine in which we practice these things more often. We want to build a routine in which we are grateful for what we have and show our bodies and minds that we are grateful for them as well. It might sound full of woo woo, but I promise you it isn’t!
Who is ready for a mindset reset? Join the challenge!
