I grew up in the small town of Paradise and have moved around the country, finding roots in the Bay Area of California. I believe every single one of us has the ability and capability to change the world and we just need to do it. I want to not only live a life I love, but to help get the life-changing messages of others (and my own!) out into the world. We have the power to change the future and I want to help you do that.

My most important roles in life are as a wife to my husband, Ted, mom to my two tiny humans, and stepmom to my two not so tiny humans.
