What would Jess do?
Jess shares with us her background story and what her relationship was like with food growing up. She talks about how both her parents were really great in the kitchen, and this fueled her passion for food as she grew older, and now she is all about making food simple, fresh, healthy, and delicious. Michelle talks about how she is always inspired by Jess and her creations and who knows? Maybe next time you are in the kitchen you may find yourself asking the same question “What would Jess do?”
The importance of the first impression
The benefits of retreats and building connections with one another
Jess talks about the huge benefits of finding the space and time to recharge. This is a huge part of why she co-hosts yoga and culinary wellness retreats so that people can turn the volume of the world down and be with people trying to do the same thing. These retreats allow people to get just enough space to get that time and grace we need. Jess also touches on the importance of creating that safe space with friends in which you can be open and honest and bounce ideas around. There is such a strength and beauty in building connections with others.
