Rachel’s Road To Self-Care
Rachel started her career in the fresh produce industry, traveling the world to source berries to supply UK supermarkets. Throughout the years, she held various roles from Head of Supply Chains to running a strawberry farm. Despite working 80 hour weeks, she found she had free time and wanted to do something creative for herself, so Rachel started a blog. Her blog quickly evolved into an online fashion and lifestyle magazine which also got her promoted in her day job to Head of Brand & Communications.
After experiencing a potentially life-altering experience, Rachel realized that she needed more balance. After being told she would make a good coach, Rachel further explored the opportunity and thus created her business. Rachel offered self-care advice that naturally came to her and resonated with others. She started a self-care survival kit and created a deck of cards – 52 Ways to Bring Self-Care Into Your Life. All of this has led to her new book, Self-Care For The Seasons.
Rachel’s Book Self-Care For The Seasons
